Telling the Financial Story

Telling the Financial Story from Peter de Kuster is specifically designed for financial services companies. It employs interactive presentations, facilitated question/answer sessions, exemplar videos, customized case studies, and stories of rolemodels to create an engaging – and challenging – educational experience.

Over the course of two very intense days, Peter works side-by-side with the financial services client to remove barriers to learning, inculcate client culture with a new worldview centered around Telling the Financial Story, and impart a process for developing creative stories based on this new reality.

The flexible approach is active vs. passive, two-way vs. one-way, and customized with on-site and on-demand learning that occurs during the session itself. It focuses on providing teams of financial services companies with new storytelling methods by which they approach their work, and provoking new storytelling that will impact all future activities.

To prepare for this intensive two-day event, Peter de Kuster typically interviews key executives in advance to gain background on the company, its people, and the issues it faces to best create a customized plan for your business. They both review the results of these interviews along with marketing materials, project documents, and strategic plans to design the Telling the Financial Story content. The “run plan” for the two-day event is then reviewed in advance with the primary client contact and modified or adjusted as needed.
